I have not worked on facility management before but reading the abstract the paper looks doable. If the deadling is not too less i can implement it in 6 - 7 days. Price is negotiable depending on project duration with maximum amount placed. I am an enthusiastic person and like to take challenges for doing projects / assignments.

I had completed my post graduation in E&TC, during my PG project i had worked on such type of algorithm in communication error control codes to get results.

Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 needs to be simulated implementing proposed NIFLS algorithm in MATLAB. msg me if you want to discuss more about its implementation.
