Mathematics Expert

The primary objective of the Content reviewers is to review various contents which includes mathematical problems and need to provide step by step solutions to pass their individual judgement/decisions, restricted within the options being provided as per the task guidelines to facilitate project objectives. Key responsibilities * Review various contents such as mathematical problems and provide step by step solutions to pass their individual judgement/decisions as per the detailed task instructions. * Participate in calibration sessions within the team, with other locations and with the client as per the instructions. * Perform peer audits as a part of the process model and also to assist in training as per need. * Coordinate with other team members for sharing best practices. * Work independently and within a team * Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously without any / minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members * Adhere to Tech Mahindra and client’s procedures, policies and guidelines * Adhering to all Office and Process specific policies. * Maintain confidentiality for all process related work and other office related critical details Skills/qualifications required * Language Proficiency: Read, write and speak * Cultural Affinity: Must have a good knowledge like a Native on the cultural and other traditional aspects about the country the language has mainly originated from. * Computer Skill: Basic computer skills. Minimum typing speed of 25 words/ minute. * Logical reasoning skills and decision making skills. * Should be open to work in 24/7 environment * Prior experience in an educational firm as a mathematics teacher is mandatory * Good Communication skills * Educational Qualification - Mathematics Graduate
