I am seeking an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to help with a consulting business that I am trying to start.
- Conduct basic research (nothing that will be too heavy, primarily research based around Company addresses, names, emails, etc.)
- Ability to stay organized
- Understanding of basic business concepts
- Ability to put together a presentation error-free
○ The typical presentation can not include any typos, misspellings, etc. and will need to be presented in a professional manner to clients
○ The typical project will consist of:
§ Sending a listing of ten or twelve ideas, designed for a specific business or industry (sent over in a word document)
§ The freelancer will put those ten-twelve ideas into a PowerPoint presentation (a template will be provided, and an example given)
§ The freelancer will research a given business, or industry (for example, every construction Company within the city of XYZ)
§ Incorporating the logos, business addresses, and email address of executives within the presentation / email back to me.
§ If possible, updating this information into my Salesforce account.
I am anticipating the weekly requirements ranging from 12-20 hours, possibly more. It likely won't be until the week of February 12th that I make a decision and hire a freelancer. If the business grows, this position will likely require more hours and will include an increase in compensation.
