Please find below the details of the project for your reference: Methodology: CATI (Telephonic Interviews) Research objective: To understand the extent to which different kinds of companies use E-commerce and what challenges they encounter. Target Industry: Any industry in goods and services that can hypothetically sell online. *Hairdressers and restaurants to be avoided but the rest of the industries can be considered like food products, clothing, health products, machinery, software, IT services, etc. in both B2C and B2B sectors and in all size categories. Screening Criteria: Sample is representative of the country, so 70-80% small business up to 50 employees, 20% 50-250 employees, 5% large over 250 employees. Target Group: Owners or the decision makers of the company Database: The database will be provided by Seminal and in case the database is not sufficient, you can target your own database, provided it is validated and approved by the client.
