Position: Jr. Marketing Consultant. Location: Mumbai About Gopi estate: Gopi estate is a ‘Real Estate Developer’ which undertakes infrastructure projects as well. its mission is to develop homes for people of all standard of living. During our project, we work side-by-side with our customers, marketing heads, engineers and technical team to provide satisfaction to our clients which they search in their new home. We have projects at Shirdi as well as Shahpur, where we have plots, bungalows, flats, rowhouses, hotel & resort etc. Website: [login to view URL] Email: gopistate@[login to view URL] Job description: • The person is supposed to make marketing strategies that can attract clients. • He/she is to inform the clients about our ongoing or future projects. If the client has been convinced to invest money in buying the plot along with the construction of bungalow on either of our sites at Shirdi or Shahpur, the further detailed information will be provided by our engineers or our technical team to the clients. • commission of 2% of profit will be given for the respective project only after registration is done by the customer. • A person is required to provide us with more than 5 clients within 3 months . He/She bringing the client is required to be present for the first meeting with the client. Selection process: Interview will be held at our Mumbai office.
