Co-founder-type role.

As sole founder of an early-stage startup (HonkRadio, a business-oriented online radio station), I have problems. A consequence of stress-induced burnout, I've less-than-ideal health and hence am unable to do what's necessary. So 'good idea, wrapped in a half-assed presentation…' the venture is currently 'stuck'. It's not an issue of 'sorting my attitude', or 'pushing-on through adversity'. No amount of that is likely to be helpful, and instead will probably be detrimental - in triggering a further deterioration in health. 'Rest?' No, that'll not help either. I'm not feeling sorry for myself, simply acknowledging the reality of a situation in which I've reached my limit. So, I need and want to offload some of my current and future workload. You'll work closely with me, 'access all areas'… and be savvy enough to know and get on with what's required, in my absence if needed. This can be a longer-term thing for those who're 'right'' and want it. It'll suit someone suitably forward-thinking and entrepreneurially-oriented who, rather than looking for 'just another another gig', recognizes this is something which should progressively grow to fill all of their availability and hence enable them to move away from pitching for their next brief. And I'll welcome a lady, because that should help ensure a kinder, gentler (though still of course effective) business. So, if you think you might be that person, this is not a time to be shy.
