We are a healthcare media firm with a fully remote marketing team that consists of four fast-paced, creative team members. Our need falls in looking at how to turn on automation and create some new workflows and best practices for our email marketing over a 4-to-6-month window while we conduct daily business needs. The following are the types of areas we are looking for assistance on:
• Working with editorial and marketing teams to prepare and send a variety of email communications to customers and prospects
• Create and manage email marketing list segments
• Maintaining websites by adding/updating new products, promotions, and content
• Monitor, analyze and report on marketing results, including email and web analytics, CRM data, survey results, and vendor-reported data
• Proofread paid premium content, promotional emails, and email newsletters
• Follow and apply best practices in email marketing, including testing, segmentation, automation, and monitoring analytics
• Ensure proper coding of offer sources, conversions, and customer service orders
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of service providers and mar-tech software and applications
• Understanding of email marketing practices (segmentation, KPIs, survey creation, and automation).
• Proficient in basic HTML, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing reporting tools
• Proficiency in CMS such as WordPress, Joomla! and other CMS platforms
