I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - need to know the allowed parallel tolerance (as the parts shown in the document are molded, i assume they are quite parallel, but when drilled, it maybe possible to have a +/- 0.5-1 degree deviation) 2 - in order to have consistency on drilling and inserting the nuts, will be necessary to make some tooling/jigs 3 - what material is used for the plastic parts? - do you know the temperature required to warm up the inserts? 4 - which is the diameter of the inserts? - if more than 5.75mm will be kinda more difficult to insert them properly 5 - i could complete this project even as individual or as a company (with eu vat exemption) 6 - for sure, the price will not be the one in the bid... - more likely around 3200-3400 euro (and if you'll make a rough calculation will see is not to much...) 7 - if you'll have several thousands pieces to be processed, i could design and build a dedicated machinery to fulfill this task and consequently the price will be much lower Regards Bogdan
