Our online store was recently upgraded to Magento 1.9.2 (from 1.8.1) and since then all email notifications have stopped working. Can see this is a well known issue and is potentially related to Cron Jobs but have tried a few things suggested on Forums and still not working as it used to. This brief is to: - Restore all Magento store email notification sends (sales, account, admin emails, newsletter, etc) - Carry out this fix on Staging environment and then on Production - Implement email design template from 1.8.1 (original HTML emails have been saved and example is uploaded here - '[login to view URL]'). - Document all changes made and provide this as step by step instructions Logins to cPanel and FTPs can of course be provided as needed. In your response, please indicate: - If you've done this before - Prior experience with Magento 1.9.2 - Time required to implement from job being awarded. Hoping you can help. Thanks.
