Magento Expert needed to improve Magento Store

The image in the sidebar of the Featured Products is missing, with the option to choose between each product. 2. We want to upgrade to the latest version of Magento and fix all bugs. We do not want to pay for it, only use your enterprise edition Since we have a lot of problems at checkout: - Not always customers success to checkout. - The system doesn't remember the customer who have registered and their password - The customer doesn't get a confirmation once the order is placed. - Sometimes the system mark orders as "shipped" or "processing" randomly.. 4. We want to know from which URL/Adwords Keywords every sale came from. 5. We want to insert a steady SSL logo that is an animation on the bottom left like this: [login to view URL] 6. Fix "Live Chat" on top to link to the same LiveChat 7. Disable the option to pay shipping for Download Delivery products. 8. Change the logo of the order confirmation to STS.
