FiveM Server development.

Made by a team of experienced Australian blokes, we are here to look for a special person to help contribute to our vision of a GTA 5, FiveM server. The organisation is a FiveM, New South Wales based economy life server. Unlike other servers in Australia, we have a team of very experienced FiveM players from popular servers such as Department Of Justice (DOJ). Our aim is to be one of the first Australian FiveM servers to create the most realistic, well setup and well organised server out there. This process will obviously take several months to a year to finally enjoy the hard work put into it , to see the player base but to see how realistic and in-depth the server really is. Our project, we have a stable server at the moment in terms of development although there are a few bugs and ideas we wish to fix/implement in order to achieve our goal as one of the most realistic servers, in fact THE most realistic server in FiveM. We are here to see if any freelancer FiveM developer is willing undertake this call to help produce a well known, realistic and serious FiveM server created. We currently have a base ESX server up and running with the addition of NSW themed MLO's, vehicles and EUP. However, we wish to enhance the roleplay through eliminating all bugs known in the server but as well the creation of possible custom scripts to create the server the way we wish to have it. If you are well equip with the knowledge of an ESX server, possible scripting knowledge (optional) then we would love to see your expression of interest. What we expect from you: We expect a professional, reliable, active and understanding individual who is able to work flexibly around the server to be there if issues regarding scripts occur. Our current team does have understanding of simple development skills in terms of adding in vehicles, fixing very minor problems, MLO inserts, and script inserting however due to our vision of the server being as realistic as possible, our team is focusing heavily on creating documents, handbooks, surveys, excel spreadsheets, other documentations and in-game training/hiring processes. With this, we would like to have someone on stand-by as our active developer who focusses mainly on the server's development aspect. Things you might need to deal with are the bug fixing of scripts if server gets updated, custom script making (will be very detailed so you know exactly what we would like), emergency development issues and general server development. What you should expect from us From our side, you should expect the strength of communication and teamwork when it comes with working with you. Our main goal is to ensure the server is doing well and we will definitely have a very close relationship with you to ensure that this is happening. We would provide all assistance, information, accessibility and anything else to ensure you can carry out your duty as a server developer. We will ensure that your environment working in this FiveM server is enjoyable, reliable and just a great environment to be around. We are also flexible and understanding, so it won't be an issue if you try to negotiate something or an issue/event occurs that will affect something. It would be good if you are Australian due to timezone conflicts with other countries, however most of our team work around the clock day and night. I hope to find someone that could work with us. Its a very strong strategic plan that we envision the server to be at, I can assure you that your contributions will grow the server immensely and make it something that no other Australian FiveM server has before.
