Windows wifi hotspot thru socks proxy

Hi, I have a small project. I want a wifi hotspot that routes traffic through proxy. As we all know that we can create wifi hotspot in windows from command prompt or by using softwares like connectify, Mypublicwifi or Myvirtual router. But i want a wifi hotspot that routes traffic through proxy so that when someone connects to that hotspot he will have the ip address of a proxy. For example i bought a proxy (socks5) with ip address from los angeles So i want softwares like connectify, Mypublicwifi, Myvirtual router to create hotspot that have ip address from los angeles so anyone that connects to that virtual router will have ip address of los angeles and all of his traffic is routed through that proxy. Looking forward for a quick solution with already available tools. I am not looking to build a new special tool for this.
