I have hands on experience configuring and setting up mailservers in an ISP environment running on CentOS. Majorly built for multiple tenants, where the server is also running BIND DNS and built with ISPConfig to ease management of different hosted profiles. I will install and configure dovecot, postfix, a database server(MySQL), Amavis( coupled with ClamAV and Spam Assassin). If required a webmail client of your choice ( squirrel Mail, Round Cube). Would require an apache installation. And ISPConfig if you need an easy web-based platform to manage mail accounts and basic server admin.
