10G Arista switch / bond / nics configuration task

Hi there. We are looking for network engineer expert that will help us to optimize current network for our software-defined storage. This task will require to configure switch and server's nics for proper setup in order to achieve best performing configuration. Bellow are details: Hardware to work with: 1 x Storage Switch: Arista Networks DCS-7050S-52 4 storage nodes, each has dual port 10G nics: HP 10Gb 2-Port 530SFP+ Adapter bonded 20GB/s setup and LACP is running. We would like to say, that's setup is already running, but we are not pleased performance results, we understand there is room for improvement and requires proper tuned protocols configuration. We are looking for 9000 MTU configuration, no retrans errors and achieve maximum performance from current hardware. If you are experienced networking specialist that should be quick and easy task for you to find best matching configuration for our network. It just 4 servers within SDS and dedicated switch for network traffic, downtime is acceptable since this is new test deployment.
