I need a web app that can take a primary document, allow the user to draw fields around the doc specifying the fields (see image1). I then need to be able to take filled out forms (see image2). Have the document cleaned up and scanned for the same fields that we specified in the primary [login to view URL] that it sees the form like this (see image3). And then I need each highlighted form extracted into individual images like this (see image4) Please let me know if you have any questions. And in your bid please let me know if you prefer cats or dogs P.S. This is a prototype, I don't need for it to be pretty, I just need to see it work.
