I saw your description carefully. -----Project Title------ Talent Management -----Project description----- I am a software developer looking for help on building some components to a project. This is for a side project I am working and not for my job. The end product will eventually be put on AWS, priority will be given to those who have experience around designing and building multi-user cloud applications. The component will be part of a basic people management software. The three most important use cases to keep in mind is: 1. As a recruiter I want to create a new profile for a new human candidate. 2. As a recruiter I want to update the profile of a human candidate. 3. As a recruiter I want to see which agencies my candidate has interviewed at. The requirements for full payment are: 1) RESTful API backend 2) Single Page Application front end 3) Back end is decoupled from front end 4) demonstrated working and passes my code review 5) delivered before a certain date, I will include a bonus payment for prompt delivery. Technology stack: Front End: Angular.JS - this will be part of a single page application Back End: Spring Boot - Java or Node.JS - Express Database: this will eventually be put on AWS Aurora so use MySQL or PostgreSQL The back end and front end needs to be decoupled so that the back end can be reused with a mobile app. Eventually I will build mobile app that will reuse this back end. If you do a good job and are interested in this we can talk that out later. I will most likely change out the final product of the code to fit my needs. You only need to build a working prototype with a friendly UI. Priority will be given to those who have experience in: 1. Transactional functions 2.
