small and simple adwords API script

We want a simple PHP script, javascript is allowed. We should be able to put the login details in the script. So no login portal is required (if possible). We want to be able to pause and start a specific campaign in Adwords. This should be done with a radio button. There should also be an input field where the campaign budget can be changed. The 2 details that should be presented are: STATUS CAMPAIGN (active or not) and BUDGET PER CAMPAIGN. (for example, 40 euro’s a day). There should be no CSS styling. Everything can be inserted raw, we just want it to work. This script will not be used in production.
