Budget: 30$ As an extension to another project [1], we need to visualize the square overlay across a lesion shape volume (see [login to view URL] image). For that, we need to compute the annotations dataset so that we can measure the center of the lesion, as well as the lesion radius (see [login to view URL] image). From the lesion radius, we can measure and compute the lesion volume. Hence, we will draw the square regarding the measurements of the lesion volume. Getting through our Datasets list, we find several annotations (see [login to view URL] file as an example). From there, we can identify several annotated lesions provided by users. Picking up some of these annotated lesions will provide information enough for simulating the required features. As follows, we can see the important part of the data. The handles variable shows the x and y coordinates for each annotation. As well as, lines for the origin and end of the annotations.
