At our company, we have multiple employees that interact with a variety of customers every day. We want to have a script that takes emails with subjects that end with "." and forwards them to another unified email address. We want this to work for both incoming and outgoing emails of our employees. For example, if a salesperson sent an email with the subject "Follow up on yesterday's meeting.", this email would be forwarded to our secondary email address, and any following messages in that conversation would be forwarded to that email address as well.
