Developer/Streaming Specialist for Flash Live Media Encoder / Custom Configuration

I currently run live streaming cameras 24/7 with simple CCTV camera feeding into a Windows Machine via video capture.

These Streams are being broadcasted to my CDN by the Flash Media live Encoder.

Since I have around 30 Computers. I am trying to find/implement simple computer tricks to help save bandwidth and ensure the best functionality for my 24/7 streams.

Right now, the computers are solely designated for running these live cams.

Current Setup:

Computers have a way to turn back on after power flip. However I have to manually start FMLE and then hit start on the encoder.

Once the Encoder Starts.. It will just run until the Time running stands still at 0:00.. I can't imagine this is too efficient.

Often, streams become disconnected and require me to find out the hard way, much later that they aren't published until I have to go back in remotely to the computer and hit stop, then start again on the encoder.

Setup that I would like:

#1 After power flip or computer is turned back on, I'd like for the FMLE to automatically load and start streaming.

#2 Instead of running a stream all day/ all night, until it disconnects. I'd like for a way to timeout the streams at night time (between certain times of when it gets dark)

#3 Instead of seeing the live stream on my website at night time, I instead like the option to automatically have the jwplayer play highlight video of a prerecorded camera stream, while also reading "OFF AIR", until the stream comes back on for the morning. This is something that could be tied in with local storage or perhaps amazon storage.

*I'd like for this to be optional, Incase I don't want to turn the camera off at night for special weather events, etc.

Here is the website that you can refer to the live cameras.
