custom 3D product project using babylon js

I have to do a wardrobe configurator like here.

But much more simple, with less interior elements. This is just for now, later we will have to add more elements and more types of wardrobe( but this will be other job),
I have already done some work, we can change wardrobe dimensions and material.
I need to be able to add element to it and few more things, like add doors & handlers.
Please apply only if you did something similar or you are sure that you can help.
There are no shaders, or postprocesses, or css requirements. It need only a good logic and some math.
