Create a plugin for a GoodBarber app

I want to create a plugin that will integrate my existing app on GoodBarber. The plugin need to:
1) Create a quiz/trivia for a select list of vendors
2) Users will take the quiz (approx 10-15 questions) to progress to the next level
3) There would be 5-6 levels
4) Users should be able to see their responses but not edit them
5) Preferably a timer on each level and a tracker to track the fastest correct responses
6) The questions can be text, visual or audio
7) The plugin should facilitate me to change the trivia/quiz through backend (in other words, you build the container, I provide the content)
8) Possibly have this live during a specific window time.
9) I should be able to re-use this across my other apps
Looking to work only with folks who have worked earlier on Good Barber plugins and can demonstrate examples of their work.
