Create a Google Map with several data layers (functionality to toggle the layers)

We have existing Google Maps integrations (based on [login to view URL]) that we want to enhance with additional layers (data categories). We would normally do this in-house but don't have capacity at the moment: - Different business types from Google Places API (single toggles) -> list of business types ([login to view URL]) -> we already have the code for this layer - Footfall Heatmap (array per place with lat, long + an absolute value)-> list of array values are loaded from an external file - Average Retail Rent Heatmap (array per place with lat, long + an absolute value) - Average Retail Spending Heatmap (array per place with lat, long + an absolute value) - Vacancy of Retail Space (array per place with lat, long + an absolute value) - Demographic Maps (we will provide lat, long, age ranges with percentages and gender with percentages - always only one age group (male/female) or one gender but across all age groups can be shown -> what layer do you suggest) Users should be able to toggle the different layers. All values are loaded from a separate external file - 1 external file with array per data category We are looking for an experienced JS-Developer with reasonable quotes. Please provide references.
