Coach me on implementing a small SPA in React

Earlier I implemented this app in Silverlight. The JSON API exists in Web API. I need a version created in React using React Router. I would like someone who really understands HTML5, JavaScript, and React to coach me on implementing this. This will involve: 1) An initial discussion of a plan where you will explain your preferences of tools to use and any other decisions with my final decision on that. 2) You will implement the code with test data and deliver to me. 3) We will do a remote session together to connect up the API. 4) All along the way I need you to provide advice with clear justification and background on all aspects of developing an HTML5 project like this. I need someone who communicates in English very well, is very patient, who has extensive experience in the technologies involved and can clearly explain when to use different loaders and other aspects, how to use NPM most effectively, how to manage interactive data tables from a web service most effectively, progress bar management, etc. If this goes well I may have much larger projects that I could use help with in the future.
