PSD to HTML conversion

HI I need a web designer who can convert the PSD in to Html with table Less architecture (Only div). Every part of the template must be live and working with html and jquery. If you can create template as well for me then that is good for me. Once we start the project i need your skype contact so i can reach you easily. i will gv u regular basis design which you need to create either html or psd's for me. my rate are fixed 5$ for PSD to html conversion. and 5$ for PSD , template creation. for example attached is the design i will require in html quick. Note : Turn around time should not be greater than 24 Hour in any case otherwise i won't work longer with u and search for another partner. Example : please check attached file i will give u PSD for the same as well.
