SEO software creation

I am looking for a software programmer to create a semi automated <acronym title="Search Engine Optimization">SEO</acronym> software. I am not looking to create a fully automated software because a lot of directories are constantly updated to block automated bot from auto filling and auto submission. From what i have researched, semi automated softwares work the best as the user is in control of everything from autofilling to submission. I am looking to create a semi automated software which does the list of submissions as describe below:

1) Article Submission (Article Directories)

2) Blog Post Submission (Blog Platform Directories)

3) Video Submission (Video Directories)

4) Social Bookmarking (Social Bookmarking Directories)

5) Social Networking Post Submission (Social Networking Directories)

6) RSS Feed Submission (RSS Feed Directories)

7) Press Release Submission (Press Release Directories)

8) Blog & Website Submission (Web Directories & Blog Directories)

9) Software Submission (Software Directories)

10) PDF Submission (PDF Directories)

11) Classified Ads Submission (Classified Ads Directories)

12) Podcast Submission (Podcast Directories)

13) Forum Post Submission (Forum Directories)

The examples of blog platform directories are wordpress, tumblr, blogger. User can use these websites to create their own free blog.

The examples of blog directories are [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], www.blogannounce.info. These web sites are a collection of blogs being categorise into different niches. It works very similarly to a website directory except that it only accepts blogs.

The software must be able to autofill all the tabs label "address", "article and press release body", "user bio", "business phone", "cell phone", "city", "company name", "company URL", "summary of article and press release", "email", "fax", "file", "First name", "last name", "Job title", "keywords", "password", "price", "rss url", "state", "title", "url of submission website", "username", "zip".

There must a profile creation tab where the user can choose what sort of submission mode and fill in all the necessary informations required by the submission mode chosen.

The software must be able to run concurrently with 8 submission tabs, meaning the software must be able to open up to 8 submission tabs for 8 SEO submissions.

There must be a "back", "forward", "refresh" button.

The software must have a feature to add custom sites so that the user can use the software to submit to their favourite sites too. The user must have full control in adding and deleting custom sites.

There must be a manage profile tab and a custom site tab.

It is best if the software is build on Adobe Air infrastructure.
