VLC Motion JPEG HTTP streaming from screen ERROR

Im using the following command to stream portion of my desktop so other people can view it through their browser:
"C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\[login to view URL]" -I dummy -vvv --no-audio screen:// --screen-fps 5 :screen-left=1 :screen-top=35 :screen-height=400 :screen-width=400 --sout "#transcode{vcodec=MJPG,vb=1500}:standard{access=http,mux=mpjpeg,dst=:8080/}" --sout-http-mime="multipart/x-mixed-replace;boundary=--7b3cc56e5f51db803f790dad720ed50a"
The command works, You can simply view the stream by going to [login to view URL]
However, after some time it will start producing an error and stream will crash.
[mjpeg @ 0000000002909a00] Error evaluating rc_eq "(null)"
I have attached the full log.
