I can do it by extracting features from the dataset of sketches and label them as different persons. I have done many classification projects e.g. HOG based human detection, animals classification etc. But one thing you will have provide me dataset and labels. Initially I thought as if these were hand made sketches of human beings but after discovering about the real problem I suggest the use of several different vision based algorithms like lines and corner detection, Hough transforms and handwriting recognition etc to create the solution.
