This project is already created you just need to change the domain ontology from Library domain to another domain by editing the helpdesk provided. Check XML schema , then generating new classes from XML Schema for new domain. its so simple application, in addition UML model has been provided. This helpdesk application will accept questions or simple sentences and then respond accordingly. The goal of the assignment is to develop a helpdesk application with some basic level of intelligence. The helpdesk application could use dynamic data sources to help provide answers to specific questions such as “Where can I find a specific object?” During the development of the helpdesk application you must use version control.
