A library to download rendered web content

A library in Java/C#/Python/JavaScript/PHP or any other programming language to download the rendered content of a given web page. *I want to download the rendered content instead of Web page source code. Please refer to the attached sample file for example. Your deliverables should be. 1. The library source code and corresponding compilation steps. *You have to pass the copyright of the source code to me after project finished. 2. Any third party libraries that is needed to make your library work. * If you have to use any third party libraries, we have to discuss and agree first before starting the project. 3.
