I need Java developer who can read Chinese to develop software to retrieve some numbers from a website. Performance and accuracy are critical for this operation. It has to be fast, and it must perform checks to validate that it has retrieved the proper data. What I'm looking for: * Good ability to read Chinese * Excellent core java skills with performance orientation to minimize latency. * Deep familiarity with HTTP and web server behavior * Familiarity with a Java unit testing framework.
