Add proxy function to a Login/Game server

I require someone who can interpret the Java libraries (netty-all), the code and add the functionality so that the client (game) can connect from 1 or more (1 by proxy) LoginServers to the GameServer I have the 2 server applications (login and game; LS and GS from now) and i would like to add proxy functionality to improve the latency. This means that instead of connecting the LS and GS only between them, a multiple connection to/from a single GS must be generated. It's not a web aplication, and run in Linux.
