70314 search api (for Proxima)

I'm developing a web service using a search engine written entirely in Java. The search engine indexes PDF files and is hosted on a remote server. I need the following 1) search software installed (fairly basic), 2) advanced client search/display interface, 3) log click data to mysql database, 4) ability for clients to login/view data reports, 4) ability for users to register/login if required by the client 5) aggregated monthly data reports for the admin 6) dynamic way to change the http://IP link to the remote server.
