475585 JSP Email

This is a very simple task for a JSP developer. I wish to have a simple html form. Once the submit hyperlink is hit, all the information is e-mailed to me. And a message is displayed at the bottom/top of the form indicating that the message has been sent. I wish to have this in a jsp page (no servlets, no javabeans, just simple jsp). If a sender e-mail is required then use gmail host. Will send you current html page I want this to work on. I will test it and make sure it works before payment is released.
