Code my template!

Ok I am a web designer and I do alot of design work - I seriously need to revamp my portfolio - I just do not have the time to do it! I have redesigned my portfolio and it is the below link. [login to view URL] I want that design coded - I want a good coder as I am a man of quality in my designs so I expect my coder to be of the same understanding as me. I don't want a coder who uses TABLES - NO TABLE CODING! You also need to have excellent CSS skills - if you see on my template the red border at the top - also at the bottom and the grey lines by the borders in the middle - YOU HAVE TO be able to use CSS to extend those lines when doing the background. The chosen bidder will also help be do the other pages of the site which I will pay more for per page - Also I am looking for a reliable coder as I am a designer and do not have time to code - so also the winning bidder, if he does it good - will get alot of work through me. Please when you make a bid and post a comment, I don't want one of those copied and pasted things where you write your little introduction - Just say to me you can do excellent CSS and XHTML and can do my site having read through what I want Thank you
