The client wishes to create a service that is basically similar to Tik Tok ([login to view URL]), but more commercial. Thus there are 2 types of users: Creators (Basically Influencers) and Advertisers. Advertisers will open contests to get Creators to make great awesome content, and then Creators will try to win those contests by creating the most viral videos. When the contest closes, the Advertisers will choose the winners and the Creators will be paid for their efforts. So it's an upgraded, more commercial version of Tik Tok targeted specifically towards Influencers earning money with 2 sets of users.
