Hi we're looking for a talented IOS app developer to help us develop a property app we're working on. Here's the link for the actual site: [login to view URL] Here's the main features: - Our Logo as the face of the app - A clean/minimalist theme/background all throughout the app similar to what we have on our website - Pop-up notifications which will be as an alert to let the user know an update has been added to their tenancy/property - A visual feature which will show the exterior and interior of the property along with details such as square foot measurements etc. If it can rotate in 3D as another feature to show the overview of the whole property, that would be great also. - A printing feature - An exclusive registration code/process for users as well as management - A management/back-office feature which will allow us to upload pictures, information on property, documentation etc for the user to see. NB: The app is intended for the user to access information that we will manage ourselves We would also like a drop down menu which has the following to separate the documents for LANDLORDS only: - Financial Report - Service charge - Ground Rent - Mortgage Statement - Agreements (Underneath this, should be 1) Management 2) Tenancy 3) Solicitors - ID - Reciepts For TENANTS, the drop down menu should be: - ID - Agreements (Underneath this, should be 1) Management 2) Tenancy - Receipts - Certificates (Underneath this, should be 1) EPC 2) Gas and Electric 3) Deposit The tenants feature, does not have to show the 3D image of the property.
