Hi, I currently work in the real estate industry as a National Property Manager and a colleague and myself have come up with an APP idea in real estate.
We have already created all our tech specs on how we want the data to flow, and the linking between each area/user.
The app from a basic overview is a communication/data storage app with accounting services. As user enters data the system updates calculates relevant data and updates on two or three interlocked users.
Pretty sure it falls under live data that enables interactive features, but I am not completely up with the IT terminology.
We will need to be across Phone android apple etc. as well as a website management app.
Looking to either produce the app and go into the market as a new app, or to sell the license to certain users. App is applicable to worldwide market, not just Australia.
Budget wise we cannot afford much, but we are willing to bring the developer into the business partnership.
