We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our Audiences and Marketing department. This newly created role offers the opportunity to further develop the MS social media presence. As Social Media Manager you will be report to the Head of Marketing and will work seamlessly across the Marketing, Press and Communications teams and in liaison with the rest of the organisation. Your role will be to engage new and established audiences in the work of the through social media channels and networks, helping to manage customer relationships and return on investment. Some of your responsibilities will include; Developing and embedding the social strategy and long-term social tone of voice Championing, building and managing communities and engagement Leading and developing content and campaigns Analytics, reporting and measuring metrics Budget management The ideal candidate will have experience of managing digital content and online communities for a large organisation or known brand. You will be a creative thinker with the ability to tell engaging stories through content and social media. You must also have a fantastic eye for detail and impeccable copywriting skills.
