# Should have to communicate and explore new customers through voice call or email or any means for communication.
# Perform day to day digital marketing for given services through social notworks or forms.
# Work with customers and upstream telecom partners to resolve incidents and outages.
Assist with day to day cable pulls/cross-connects/terminations.
# Perform assessments of new customer telecom requirements.
# Provide training to end users.
# And should have follow the dynamic rules of sales and marketing from corporation.
# Should have digital marketing knowledge.
# Must know the VoIP business terms.
# Ability to work 24/7 in case of emergency.
# English speaking and phone equities must be required.
# Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
# Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
