Hey, I have 2 online businesses: - Explainer video studio (Located in Denmark) - Digital Marketing Agency (Located in London, UK) While running these 2 companies i am also a university student. It’s getting too hard to handle everything, so i’m looking for someone to be my go-to assistant, someone who I can delegate my work to long-term as my work grows. Work will vary significantly over time, but initially be composed of task such as managing certain parts of my online businesses and personal life. You’ll always get clear, specific directions and instructions for all tasks. I’ll also give feedback when necessary, to help you learn on the job. After your bid, you will need to complete a series of small tests to be considered for the role. You’ll be helping with a wide variety of tasks, such as: Examples of business tasks: Lead generation Data analysis/entry Online data collecting Administrative work Basic accounting Researching (i.e. data, competitors, online, markets, etc) Blog posts (with content related to the two companies i run) Email management Other general tasks Examples of personal tasks: Help me with some of my university assignments / exams Travel planning and coordination Any online ordering Help me stay on top of all of my obligations (to do list etc.) Keeping track of my schedule and track of project deadlines -- keep me on track, light a fire in me if needed! A friend and confidant most of all. Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online Requirements: -You need to be fluent and well-written in English. -Broadband Internet connection -Ability to meet deadlines -Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools -Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must -Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred Traits am i looking for in a VA: When I give you a task, I assume it’s being done ASAP and on deadline. If you have any troubles or questions I need to know ASAP. - Someone who is eager to learn new things - Honest, trustworthy, positive, punctual. - Can juggle multiple Tasks/Handle different projects. - Knows how to follow instructions - Someone who doesn't need to be "Managed". I need someone proactive. Tools we use, that you should be familiar with: Google Docs Google Drive Google Spreadsheets Gmail Trello Google Keyword Manager Bonus but not a requirement: -Tech Savvy (Knows about blogging, online marketing) -Previous experience as a VA -SEO/ADWORDS/FB ADS/ -Copywriting Don’t worry if you’ve never done some of these before. I’m looking for someone who is smart and driven, and who has initiative. To prove to me you have read all of this job description, start your proposal with the word 'work' in caps.
