Design of a market survey

The company: A new small NGO Management consulting firm established in Mexico City, which offers various consulting services for their organizational development and strengthening such as advice, training, fundraising, strategic planning, project management, etc. The target audience: Small and medium national (Mexican) NGOs, first floor (operational) based in Mexico City, legally constituted (as civil associations, civil societies, and/or private assistance institutions). These entities are the direct clients of the company. The objective of the survey: This market survey pursues purely commercial purposes. Must facilitate the identification and prioritization of a) their organizational needs, b) the consulting services that best match as solutions to their needs, and c) their financial capacity to pay the prices. The following article can give some guidance on the matter: [login to view URL] The scope of the consultancy: The consultant must design all the questions and all the answer options of the questionnaire (use a skeleton structure) in a Google Docs file. A first draft must be made and sent for approval. At least 2 revision rounds are considered. The deliverable product (the questionnaire itself) must be delivered within 10 (ten) calendar days at the latest. Design key features: The survey should have between 20-25 questions. The response option must be closed and multiple. Also, it must collect additional contact data (for potential leads). About the freelancer/consultant: The ideal consultant has years of experience developing market research and designing surveys. Experience working for (or with) international market research agencies. Experience having designed surveys for NGOs. Priority will be given to experience instead of academic training.
