Rotating IP addresses.
Fake Emails and Zip Codes. Use of proxy servers. Fake details with other person pictures. Duplicates and fraudulent sign ups. Automated Methods.
Cookie Cleaners. Black Hat/Spam. Craigslit list or any other classified ads.
Auto Bots or Software.
You can not hire other people to fill them for you. If you fail to adhere to these important points, you will be terminated from service and payment will be
withheld. Approval Process PLEASE, ONLY BID IF YOU COMPLETELY ACCEPT THE TERMS. 
1. Please bid, and provide your method in which sign ups (leads) will be generated. You don't need to go into details, but I need to be sure my network will not flag me down for fraudulent leads!!! VERY IMPORTANT. This will Also Mean you Get 
Fired, with NO PAY.
 2. Test leads is required to accept hire. 10 test leads after you bid. 3. We need a serious person and also very responsible. 
 Payments Process:
 Read Carefully Below: 
1. All payment are processed instantly via Freelancer. Your payment will be made to your Freelancer account immediately AFTER MY CPA NETWORK PAYS ME OUT for the leads that YOU have generated. You will only be paid once I RECEIVE the money from my affiliate company. If everything is OK and my affiliate company send my payment, then I Immediately send you the money via Freelancer in your Freelancer account. 
You will be paid monthly, bi-weekly or weekly (depends upon the CPA network). Don't send me a message with: before I go work I need to see money (I don't do this). 
2. There will be No Upfront but Milestone Payment it´s OK. ONLY BID IF YOU COMPLETELY ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE! Non-compliance of the above rules will lead to termination of your service without payment.
