i need leads/sign ups affiliate marketing

Hello I am a Affiliate marketer looking to buy some leads/signups for a debt settlement company that is willing to pay very good money per sign up here are my requirements: -must be active leads -most leads need to send in their payment information to schedule a signup on the program. -would prefer targeted leads that are looking for debt help -payment will not be received until after the leads have been delivered no exceptions whatsoever these are my terms i am not looking for anything else if you cannot fulfill the job qualifications please do not apply for this project also if you are interested send in a list of how many leads you are able to supply and maximum how many sign ups and the amount of time it will take
