ISO - graffiti artist/illustrator

Our brand is looking to hire an artist that can customize strips of baseball leather 8" wide by 1" tall (in the narrowest middle section). This is for the All-American baseball that is hosted at Petco Park in San Diego. We will want to have an artist set up in the players lounge so that each of the 54 players can sit with the artists and "graffiti" this strip of leather based on what is inspirational, motivational, or important in their lives. When all the individual player's pieces are complete, the strips of leather will fit together like a puzzle to create a large mural that we will have scanned and printed as posters/flags for each athlete. More details and samples can be shown to artists with interest. Background and familiarity with sports and/or athlete culture is important.
