Current iPhone App needs programmer for consultation/update

Hello how are you today? I have a completed iPhone app that needs to be updated. I need a very competitive quote for a one buyout price to complete my app. I want to complete project as clean and quik as possible...please no laggers. I will need direct contact via skype and email with a freelance quality programer...no middle man project managers. I will also want to add some basic code to refine the applications more obvious functionality requirements. I have a current test app and the complete source code folder ready now. Thank You
