We are a chilean company with a web application and we want to offer to our clients a One-time password authentication, in a mobile app with our company name and logo, (we don't want use a standard mtop avaliable in the apps stores)

Our clients use Andriod, iPhone and Blackberry OS in them phones.

Also great plus would be help us publishing the app created, (currently we don't have a developer account in a mobile plattaform).
