Build smartphone app interface for a wordpress website

We have built a wordpress website for user to share content, including text and photo. We would like to build an iphone/ipad/android phone/android pad smartphone app, using titanium, as the user interface of our website on those smart devices. All functions should be the same as the web interface. For the photo upload part, user can select the photos from the photo gallery or take a photo using the camera.
