We are looking for 1 Experienced and Motivated HR RECRUITER ASSISTANT to join the team and assist the Business Development Manager in hiring professionals specializing in the field of Sales (Appointment Setting/Sales Closing/Lead Generation)!
Location: Remote
Schedule: Part-Time (20 Hours/Week)
Timezone: EU (CET)
Operativity: Phone, Mail and DM
Tasks:
Posting job ads on relevant platforms
Gather relevant information about candidates
Evaluate, qualify and select best applications
Organize in-depth video interviews
Provide initial training of resource
Monitor team performance on daily basis
Compile report with ongoing operations
Attend meetings and collaborate with sales team
Benefits:
Base Pay (240€ monthly)
Commission (10% on team performance)

Requirements:
Immediate Availability 4 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Proven Experience in Recruiting (BPO better)
Strong Communication and Relational Skills
PC, Headphones, Fast Internet and Quiet Workplace
Native English Language (Written/Spoken)
Motivation, Patience and Team-work Attitude
Responsibility, Autonomy and Problem Solving
