Resizing/positioning browser window using JavaScript

The goal of this project is to create for simple browser window (Chrome) the following actions using JavaScript: 1. Detecting size[height/width]/position of a browser window on a client’s desktop interface from within that browser window and output that values in that window. 2. Positioning a new browser window at a position on a client’s desktop interface – based on a button that is included on another browser window 3. Animating the increase of vertical size of a table column (table done via div) within a page (displayed by the browser window) and increasing the size of window at the same time by the same amount the column is growing in height (a second column remains fix in height). We want to have code for both situation: (a) Bottom is moving done – while top is fixed or (b) Top is sliding up, while Bottom is fixed. The animation is started via using a button for expanding windows and for contracting the window – (whereby same column is being expended/contracted) Also the speed of the animation can be controlled using one parameter. 4. Animating the move of a browser window. 2 windows of same size and same location within desktop interface: windowFront and windowBack (which is in the back of windowFront); WindowFront has 2 buttons for starting animation of windowBack One button animation is moving windowBack to the left side so that right side of windowBack is side-by side with left side of windowfront Other button animation is moving windowBack to the right side so that left side of windowBack is side-by side with right side of windowfront.
